2009/2010 Fee Schedule

• 5-Mornings 3 hours/day $5,410
• 4-Afternoons 3 hours/day $4,460
• 3-Mornings OR 3-Afternoons -3 hours/day $3,380
• 2-Mornings 3 hours/day $2,300

An additional charge of $40 for insurance, and a snack fee, which varies according to the program, are also added.

A deposit of $250 is due with the signed agreement by mid-April and is applied to the tuition. The deposit is non-refundable. The remaining tuition is divided into two installments: The first installment is due on July 1; the second installment is due January 15.

Notice of Withdrawal

Notice of withdrawal from the school must be given in writing to the school Director, Margo Siegfried. The parent/guardian remains responsible for the full year's tuition unless and until the vacancy created by the withdrawal is filled, in which case the tuition will be refunded on a pro-rated basis.

Refunds of Tuition

Tuition refunds will not be given on any other basis including illness, vacations, school days canceled because of weather or other planned absences.

Financial Aid

The most important reason for fundraising is our Scholarship Fund. Every year financial aid is given to families in need. The scholarship committee includes the Scholarship Chairperson of the Board, the Board Treasurer, and the school Director. Requests for information are considered confidential. Information about scholarship applications or about the recipients is not shared with any member of the Wilder Board or anyone else.
