Our Team
Our teachers are the heart and soul of why Wilder Nursery School is such a special place! We are so lucky to add 6 new teachers to our staff this year, all caring members of the Wilder TEAM.
The Wilder staff consists of very dedicated, loving, and experienced early childhood professionals. Many were once Wilder parents themselves! It is with this consistency that Wilder is able to provide a warm and welcoming environment like no other, with a tradition of fun, family and excellence year after year.

Mallory Wuori, M.Ed., Director
Mallory grew up in Hingham and currently resides there with her three children and husband, Paul of 14 years. Mallory’s husband, two brothers and Mother- in-law are all Wilder graduates, along with her three children. Mallory holds a Master of Education in Elementary Ed., a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education and Psychology. Mallory taught at Plymouth River for seven years in Kindergarten and Grade Three before staying home with her three children for six years. Mallory tutored for numerous families in Hingham and has a deep connection to Hingham families and Education. Mallory left the Fourth Grade Classroom to come be our Director! Her warmth, nurturing personality, organizational skills, communication and knowledge of Early Childhood Education makes her a great fit at Wilder!
Jo-Ann Sullivan, Assistant Director
Jo-Ann grew up in Rhode Island and currently resides in Hingham with her husband David of 30 years. Jo-Ann holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Management from The University of Rhode Island. Jo-Ann was in Public Accounting as a CPA for twelve years in Boston. When her son Scott (26) was born she purchased and operated a Gymboree Play & Music Franchise for children from newborn - 5 years old. This sparked her interest to work with young children. Jo-Ann has two other children Nicholas(22) and Caroline(20) and all three of her children are Wilder graduates! After selling her business, Jo-Ann began working at Wilder as an Assistant Teacher in 2012. She moved on to become a Lead Teacher and eventually became Assistant Director in 2017. Jo-Ann is also a Confirmation Director serving teens and working with the poor on mission trips to Haiti, the Dominican Republic, and Peru. She loves traveling with her family including trips to Spain, Ireland and Wrightsville Beach in NC. Jo-Ann facilitates the all financial aspects of Wilder, including enrollment, financial records, the annual audit and works with the School Director in the overall management of our school. We love having her on board!!
